Fresh Skin wants to provide each client with outstanding customer service. I know sometimes life can get in the way of appointments and arrivals, but please note these policies to make it easier on everyone!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes if you are coming in for your first appointment. I like to greet new clients, talk about their skin goals, learn about their at-home routine with products, fill out new-client forms, and give an in-depth skin/lash/brow analysis depending on the service provided.
If you are arriving for repeated appointments, please arrive 5 minutes early or right on time at least to prepare for your appointment.
No appointments of mine are made for speed. Each service is provided with great care and techniques to provide an excellent outcome.
Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule or may lose time in their appointment. I want to accommodate to everyone and prefer not to push other clients times back and please be respectful on everyone’s part.
Please reach out if you are going to be late so we can see how much time is available.
Fresh Skin values you and your time and wants to make each appointment special for every single one of our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us and let us know. We are now having clients enter their info when they choose to book appointments. Since we reserve that special time slot for you, if you need to cancel, we will have to charge your card 50% of the service you booked. When clients cancel or no-show we are losing out on business and also other time for other clients to get in. Thank you for your understanding. Can’t wait to see you in the studio!
Lash clients come and see me for fills at all different hours of the day, but please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes. Coming in with clean lashes saves time and gives you better retention. I always clean lashes before sets and fills, but coming in with dirty lashes or makeup filled lashes takes lots of time to clean thoroughly.
Please refrain from wearing lots of makeup the day of your fill.
You are more than welcome to bring headphones if you are listening to a podcast, other music, audible, etc. but also please refrain from using your phone during your lash appointment.
Fresh Skin works very hard to provide clean, precise lash sets. Lashing is not made to be a speedy service.
If you happen to come in for a fill and your lashes are a little more sparse than we anticipated, you may be charged for extra lash time. I want to provide the best lash service possible! I also want to keep everyone’s time frames fair.
